Description
A survey carried out recently amongst Chairmen and Directors, Ministers and Commissioners, Legislators, Advisers and top Consultants revealed that they all want people who work closely with them to be loyal and flexible. They also want their PAs and Executive Assistants to have good written and verbal communication skills, be capable of managing logistical issues such as their travels and appointments, be able to deal with people of different level effectively and capable of following up with associates and stakeholders, prepare and research information for their projects and meetings.
This Programme has been designed bearing in mind the need of and with a lot of inputs from these Chairmen and Directors, Ministers and Commissioners, Legislators, Advisers and top Consultants. It is aimed at experienced and new Senior PAs and Executives, Management Assistants and Executive Assistants who want to improve their performance and those who are new to the role and want to reach high levels.
New graduates interested in becoming Personal/Executive assistant and experienced professionals already in the field and seeking to improve their skills.
